This document is a letter to Congressman John Joseph Moakley from Assistant to President Ronald Reagan, Kenneth M. Duberstein. Duberstein acknowledges Moakley's letter to the Reagan of two weeks prior, in which Moakley expressed his concern regarding continued U.S. military aid to El Salvador and the training of Salvadoran troops in the United States. Duberstein assures Moakley that Reagan's national security advisers will consider his concerns carefully.
